Top Brass offers a straightforward setup and dynamic strategy, making it easy to start playing while leaving room for tactical manouvers. Players play cards from their hand that matches or outranks the top card on the play pile. If there are still cards in the draw pile you need to pick up a card to maintain a minimum of 3 cards. If you are unable to play a card then you must pick up the play pile. First player to get rid of all their cards wins.
